Stainless steel is an alloy of iron, chromium, nickel and carbon which contains a protective layer of chromium oxide on the surface of this metal, making it stainless therefore resistant to rust . It is an anti-allergenic , non- corrosive , ecological metal, will not oxidize , will not blacken and which is resistant to water , perspiration and high temperatures.
