Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
Order picking is fast and therefore we cannot guarantee that your request will arrive in time for us to make the change.
However, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team , we will do our best to meet your request.
Can I use my credit card securely on the site?
Yes, all payments are processed by PayPal, two international online payment management operators that offer full transaction security guarantees.
Why can my credit card be declined?
your card may be refused in the following cases:
the card expired. Check that your card is still valid;
the maximum authorized limit of your card may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the maximum authorized purchase amount;
Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
How can I pay for the order?
We offer the following payment methods: credit card and PayPal.

Buying on flluaeros is very easy. Just follow the steps below:
choose the product category;
visualize the product (s) that interests you. With just one click, you can see the composition, technical characteristics, available sizes, reference, price and other additional information;
select a product and add it to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or confirm the order. Add the delivery address of the order;
select a payment method: credit card or PayPal;
confirm the order;
You will receive an email confirming your order and another email when it is sent along with a tracking link to check the status.
I am unable to complete my order / I am stuck at the payment stage. Why ?
1– Make sure you remove all special characters like / (& € *. # From the delivery or billing address. Also make sure you have filled in all the required fields for payment.
2– A product in your basket may no longer be available. Refresh the page. If a message indicating that one of the products is no longer in stock, delete the product concerned by clicking on the cross. If you wish, you will be able to receive a notification when the product becomes available again. To do this, you will have to go to the jewel's page and add your email address in the "notify me when it becomes available again" box.
3– If you are ordering from a mobile, try from another mobile or from a computer.
4– Try to clean the cookies and clear the cache. If that doesn't work, try changing your browser.
5– The country you have selected may not appear on the list of countries to which we deliver our jewelry. If so, you should see a notification window appear. We recommend that you update the delivery address.
6– The payment attempt may have been refused by your bank. In this case, contact your bank to verify. Your advisor will help you unblock your debit / credit card or other payment method (eg PayPal).

Customs fees
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be borne by the buyer and must be paid at the customs office concerned.
How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are prepared within 48 hours from the date of order confirmation. We provide quality delivery time within 3-5 days. If the deadline is exceeded, we suggest that you wait 15 days later to proceed with the refund.
